Buffalo Power Solutions, a platform company of Buffalo Growth Partners, today announced the acquisition of Divine Power Group (DPG), a New Braunfels-based provider of industrial and commercial generator maintenance, sales, rentals, monitoring, and UPS services. This is Buffalo Power Solutions' second acquisition and continues the platform's expansion as an operator-led, service-first power solutions company built for the state of Texas.
Founded by Scott Boddicker, DPG has built a reputation across the San Antonio–New Braunfels region for delivering no-excuses generator services to school districts, municipalities, industrial plants, medical facilities, and commercial customers. The majority of revenue from DPG has come from long-term government service contracts and recurring monitoring agreements. The company's EGSA-certified technicians specialize in preventive maintenance and repair on all major makes and models, NFPA 110 compliance testing, fuel polishing, load bank testing, and deep expertise in Deep Sea Electronics controllers.
DPG's service capabilities span standby and prime power generators (20kW–2,500kW), power rental solutions (30kW–2MW), advanced remote monitoring, UPS maintenance and battery replacement, and true 24/7 emergency response.
What drew Buffalo Power Solutions to this partnership was DPG's service and inspection mindset, technical depth in industrial generator maintenance, and unwavering commitment to long-term customer relationships. DPG doesn't just sell generators: they protect uptime. Their focus on recurring maintenance programs, compliance-driven service, and emergency readiness aligns directly with how Buffalo builds platforms: around service-first models that prioritize reliability over one-time transactions.
